It won't accept my email address!

Damn and double damn. We do care, honest. About every little problem. We hate lost cards and other nuisances, so if you know your address is correct, or you encounter any other problem or glitch, please be sure to send us an email and report it.

The e-card won't show. I just get a little red X.

My card wasn't received.

The biggest cause is misspelt email addresses, so be sure to double check!

Sometimes you'll be unlucky and the recipient's inbox will be full. This type of card just gets lost in the void I'm afraid. We only send a short notification email, with the recipient's name and email, and your name at the top, so it doesn't look too spammy. But spam filters may be another reason why some mail doesn't get through. Not much we can do about that one either.

Without getting too mushy, we know how something as simple as an e-card can touch lives. Testimony to this are the thousands of comments we've received over the years. We try hard to ensure everything works 100% of the time. Unfortunately, when cards don't arrive there's usually nothing we can do about it. We will continue to work on features to help eliminate these problems.

I want to get to a card I sent last month.

Cards are only kept for 14 days. After that they're permanently deleted. Sorry!

Is it all free?

Yes. We try to find a balance with the advertising, so it remains free, but doesn't wind you up too much with multiple pop-ups on every page. The site wouldn't be here if kind strangers like yourself didn't take the occasional fancy to a banner ad or other sponsorship message.
